Alternative Perspectives Betty Talk 02-26-08 Radio Podcast
This weeks show...which aired on Tuesday 02-26-08 7 to 8pm...
Featured the return of Anare Holmes, member of the AP Production Team, who was away on sabbatical for the past 4 weeks...Welcome Back Anare...
We had scheduled the founder of the Bilerico Project...a online GLBT blog...sorry that he could not make it but we did hear from him...and he was prevented from calling because his site was attacked that evening...and he had to devote time to saving it...I do understand in this world of high technololgy...it is wonderful...but sometimes we wonder...
We hope to reschedule him in the future...very soon...in the meantime visit bilerico.org and see what it is all about...
A lively conversation developed...in the studio..between Anare, Dionne and myself...regarding Same-Sex Marriage...and we were joined by Ghetto Gospel on the phone...
There are still divisions in the GLBT community about marriage/civil unions...which is better...which will be accepted...and how will religion fit in...read more and listen to show
